Welcome to The Orca Awards. Here you can find four different Awards, divided by category. This has been made this way to ensure that there's an Orca Award for every site which applies for it. Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions listed here, and the Award Conditions too. Chose the Orca Award which better matches your site category.

• This award is for Cetacean  Related Web Sites only.

• If you have frames, they need to be well set out. If I get stuck in a frame you will not win the award.

• Your page may be in English or Spanish. If your page is in any other language it must have an English translation at least.

• Pages that display bad words, insults, pornography, illegal activities, cruelty to animals, physical, injuries, defaming to any group or person, violence, offensive material of any kind, will not win the award.

• Pages displaying "Under Construction" signs will not be check. Please finish your page and then come back here to apply for the Award.

• If you are upgrading your page, please put an "UPGRADING" mark on your site instead of "Under Construction" mark.

• If you have Java Scripts they must work properly. I don't appreciate messages that say "Java Script error in line whatever" all over the place.

• You should only apply for this award because you like the award itself, and because you believe that your site worth it. Not because it's just another award to add to the collection in the eventuality that you have one award collection.

• Please make sure all your graphics and links work ( And I mean all ). A page with any broken pictures or links will not win the award. It only takes a couple of minutes to visit your own page and check the pictures and links to ensure they work properly.

• Graphics need to be uploaded to your own server. No linking directly to other peoples graphics without their permission! Sometimes I check the page source to see if the graphics have been linked to some one else's site. If I find a page with lots of linked graphics, I will send an email to say that some one is linking to their pictures.

• If your Web Site have pictures or drawings that are property of some institution, like Sea World, or if it have pictures scanned from magazines, like National Geographic, please make sure that you have their permission to use them on your site. Don't forget to include a Copyright note for those pictures.

• Please have some kind of content to your page. If you have just started a site and have only an index, please apply for this award at a later date when you have more substance to your site. I like sites that have a few pages i can read and bookmark.

• Make sure your background are not obscuring your text or making it hard to read. Some users just get frown by this kind of pages and leave the site immediately.

Here you can see what award you would like to win. Again, please read carefully the terms and conditions for each award here. Then when you are sure for what award your site applies, please fill the registration form. Users who provide false information about them and their sites, will not win the award, so please do not insist.

	For Web Sites in which the Information, Design and Content Excellence is a fact. The terms and conditions of Platinum, and Bronze Awards,  applies for the Golden Award too. The Site which will going to carry this award must be a five stars site.
	For Web Sites in which the Cetacean Caring and Information on how to protect them is over all. The terms and conditions of Bronze Award, applies for the Platinum Award too.
	For Web Sites in which Other Marine Mammals and Ocean Caring information is clearly denoted.
